Arcade PC Board Repair and ExchangeWe are pleased to announce our return to board testing, repairs and trade-ins. We specialize in all things Nintendo, and specifically, those things Donkey Kong. Following is a list of boards we repair. If you don't see your game listed and need a repair of bench test, please drop us an e-mail to see if we can accommodate you.
Our repair charge is a straight $150 for most Nintendo and Pac-man/Ms. Pac-man board sets. Our bench test charge is $50. How long will it take to repair my pcb? We make every effort to turn around repairs as soon as possible. Priority is given to asses and test incoming repairs. Sometimes we can catch the problem and repair it during initial testing. If not the board goes into our repair queue. Current repair queue is 3 to 6 months Expedited repair is available for an additional $100 fee, Please call for more details to jump to the head of the queue. We bench test each board and guarantee it is working before shipping, but all liability for damage is disclaimed after the boards leave our hands. However, if you have a problem with a board, please notify us immediately. If the board is faulty when delivered, we will, at our discretion, repair or exchange the board. We cannot be held responsible if the board has been abused after delivery, e.g. plugged into the cabinet backwards, etc. We are offering Double Donkey Kong upgrades for your working Donkey Kong Junior board set.
