This is the pinout for the single board version of Popeye (its the only
version I have seen but I guess there is another type).  I got this pinout 
from Rick Scheive (thanks Rick) and I have used it to test boards.  I believe
the left side is the parts side but its best to verify orientation with your 
meter.
